Suggest a Good Subwoofer

Hi,
I want to replace my Boston Acoustics CS Sub 10 100w RMS Subwoofer.
Please suggest.
Price ranges from 30K to 50K
Preferable Brands: SVS, HSU, Velodyne, Paradigm etc.

My HT Setup:
Marantz AV Receiver SR 5007
PSB Image 7PT Tower (Powered Tower)
PSB Alpha Center
Klipsch SS.5 Surround
Boston Accoustics Subwoofer (Current)

If you want the best subwoofer that is available in India, then SVS is the one. The next bet would be on def tech subwoofers.
Yes, SVS is costlier. For your budget, you can try these :-
1. SVS SB1000 (12 inch driver + 300 watts) around 45k to 50k
2. SVS PB1000 (10 inch driver + 300 watts) around 55k

If you can stretch the budget, the best would be SVS PB12-NSD (around 65k roughly). Both SVS PB1000 and SVS PB12-NSD will be the best for rooms of bigger size (1500 sq.feet to 3000 sq.feet). SB1000 wil. be good for rooms anything lesser than the size mentioned. The only problem is the stock availability. You may have to wait to get SVS subs.

SVS SB 1000 is coming in my budget. But it is a sealed one which is only good for music. Also I don't want to stretch my budget Boss.

Anything you know about the price range for Def Tech.. also the models.
How about Velodyne?

To whom I should approach for best deals for the above?

Svs is the best sub. Go for the pb12nsd though it is beyond your budget. It is still worth to wait and buy a good one when your can afford it.
