My setup
Front TSI 300
Center TSX 150 C
Receiver Denon 1907 preamp + Rotel RB985 MKII power amp

Can u guys suggest for better Front speakers at the budget of 25K., I feel TSI 300 lacks the bass. No subwoofer suggestions as u can see I am on budget. I want some good floorstanding or bookshelf speakers which can do the job of subwoofer to a certain extent. Usage 50%movies 50% music

Even after adding power amp to your Denon AVR, do you feel that Polk lacks bass ?

What are your souce files ? Did you play MP3 files...

elangoas I definitely find some improvements in bass. Just wanted to know whether there are better speakers than polk TSI 300 at 25K so that I can take full advantage of the power amp. About the source I usually play mp3 from my itouch which is connected to the receiver using a analog stereo cable will this source affect quality playback? Suggest me if I should correct my source

Your speaker is pretty good....MP3 will always sound lean (No bass/Less bass) when you have good amplification.... Try using a CD/DVD Player with original audio CD's & check the bass effect...

A pair of TSI400 will be around 26k after 10% off. Look out for the same in Profx for stock as the Tsi series have been replaced with Tsx which is pricier than Tsi.
