Suggestions for speakers and amp under 5L

Hi. Even after a lot of thinking, google marathons and mini research, I am quite clueless and need your valuable suggestions.
I already have an RME DAC and a Turntable. Now I am looking for a new/pre-owned amplifier + speakers which would set me back by 5L INR. Room is 16x13 feet.
Music preferences: Electronic, Psy Rock, Blues, R&B.
For mostly low volume listening.

Do you have an option to go and audition? Considering you are in Chandigarh - a quick trip to Delhi should be possible for you? There are a few places there where you could audition - one of them being Bass N Treble in Ghitorni. There are a few more places - I believe an FM Manav here has NuPrime products, and FMs can suggest other places to audition.
