You may not understand what the hell is happening till the end (Need some patience indeed)...but when the movie ends, you'll get to know... you have just watched an amazing thriller ;-)

As 'yuvaraki' mentioned..."The Secret in their Eyes" is another great movie (but it's in Spanish, so you need to watch with subtitles)...Don't you dare to miss it !!
