Hi, Iam using Synonlogy 212j for over 5 yrs , a few days back i was not able to login ,realised i forgot my password tried multiple pwd failed , tried resetting pressing the reset key ended up breaking it , now is there any soft reset , or how reset if i open the unit any particular jumpers to be shorted , had raise query on Synology forum but no response , anybody here in this forum help? Tks
