Tata Sky HD not connecting to LG Tv

first turn off the tv and then turn off the box and green screen gone..

well check for proper grounding.. might be some kinda noise in wires.. i guess so..

Hi everyone

I read this thread and I am facing the same issue. Purchased LG Led tv 2 months back with 2 HDMI port. It was working fine for first two months with Tata sky ...from 26th Feb onwards while watching HD channels the tv hangs or sounds automatically goes off. Most of the time suddenly tv shows no signal. Frequency of incident might differ but have tried changing the set top box, HDMI cable and all other things.

Have recently got the complete HDMI port changed in LG tv. Tata sky is not able to diagnose the issue.

Can someone please help what can be the issue. We are unable to see whether its Tata sky or LG problem.

Tata sky is shifting to GSAT10 satellite from INSAT. so all Tata sky users facing the same problem especially with HD channels. Nothing to worry. Once the shift is complete there wont be any problem.

This issue is at my parents place but I am also using Tata Sky, never come across the same problem.

It never shows Tata Sky no signal , it always shows Black screen with no signal window and LG logo popping up.

Will changing the HD setting to different resolution be of any help??
