there is absolutely no difference other than the packing...Even i have not done any shopping with amazon....so lets see....And if you want very fast within 2 days you can go for flipkart..Rs 5099... I dont know the price of US....
in amazon i didn't see REGION FREE written for this LOTR BD. As all of you are recommending it muct be region free. so wanted to check where did you see that. You are right. But sometimes (and not in this case), Amazon (UK) has region coded (Region B) BDs. Most folks here want region free or at most Region A BDs. In that case, the choice becomes Amazon.com (USA).
Even i am not sure....
You can have a look...
Blu-Ray Studio Region Free/Locked Coding Statistics and Movies List
I think the US version is Region free
blu-ray.com confirms the following
Playback
Region A, B (C untested)
Yes So what ever profit we make by getting from UK will go for a toss if we don't have a Region B player......Do you have a Region B player? or A?
Even for me it will not be an issue since I have a sherwood... But when i ordered i really thought it is a region free stuff..damn.....
yeah that would be the day to look forward to..So you have HD PC set up? how about your Audio and Video Setup?
Pretty basic HTPC configuration
Intel Quad core CPU + 4 Gb DDR2 RAM + Nvidia 8800 GT + 21' DELL LCD monitor + Samsung Blu-ray reader + Logitech X540 5.1 Speakers.
PowerDVD 11 Ultra + AnyDVDHD + Windows 7 professional
No blu ray writer?
Anyway with AnyDVDHD you can rip the movies to hard disk directly.....correct?
Is there any rental of blu rays in TVM?
