It's for the Tidal UK; you need a VPN connection to the UK site for registration.

I use Tidal Argentina HiFi individual plan. Costs about 145 ARS (around Rs. 95) per month. I'm currently using AmazonPay ICICI card for recurring payments as all other cards got declined.

able to pay for a Tidal Hi-Fi subscription by HDFC card, it worked for me.
You can cancel the current subscription and start again and give the same credit card. It will consider as new purchase and May get through. Issue is with subscription payments which are recurring. Every month you may need to repeat this new purchase

anyone tried quboz, even they are rejecting the credit cards, for now, I subscribed via apple subscription, but that seems to be costly.
Qobuz works only with the respective countries credit card and Indian credit cards do not work. Price wise Qobuz is marginally expensive i.e if choosing Family plan.
How to subscribe quboz through apple subscription.

Created quboz USA account, then logged into Apple store USA, subscribed via apple subscription, it's free for the first month, but you need to load some money via gift card.

You need someone who can help with US credit card for making the payment and VPN for creation of the account.
You don't need ROON for accessing Qobuz. You can also access Qobuz via ROON once the account is activated.

i can manage a credit card in the US but now Im not able to create an account as well, Qobuz is now detecting use of VPN sadly,

I created account week before, use the nord vpn
Try using VPN pro, its a paid one not very expensive but effective. Never had issue with this.

+1 to that. Hola vpn is freaking awesome, but somehow got kicked out everytime trying with paypal card.
