To buy or not to buy? That is a question

My grandparent love listening to classical music, but their hearing is bad now as they are getting old. I would like to buy an amplifier for them to listen to music. I wondering whether it is a good entertainment for them. What's more, I worry about they listening to music for a really long time and keep so excited that they are unwilling to have a good rest.
