Toshiba 32PB21 or Sharp 32L465M?

For my bedroom, I have shortlisted these two LCD TVs for watching SD channels and gaming.

These 2 models are available in Delhi for around Rs.22K. Both have 3 years warranty (recently Sharp increased warranty period to 3 years).

Any feedback from experts and users is welcome.

trust me - you will regret if you buy a 32 incher- try and see if you can stretch a little and end up with a 42 incher.i am sure the difference wouldnt be much say like 5-6 K

secondly - i would bet on SHARP - all the way.Japanese tech is known for trust and value.Nobody know for sure where toshiba is from.some say its indian some say its chinese.one of the dealer told me its chinese.some on the forum say its india manufactured by weston- kinda dicy product.it may be good but i will not go for it for sure.peace of mind is value for money.
toshiba scares me- even with all the aggressive marketing with cut prices i will not take a toshiba for sure.

SHARP is from japan and assembled in thailand.- ultimately you are the man - it would be interesting to know wt did you close at.
