Toshiba Shows 55-Inch Naked-Eye 3D TV With 3,8402,160 Resolution | TechCrunch

Toshiba has unveiled the worlds first 4k2k 3D TV that requires no glasses to view 3D and provides a massive 4 x Full HD resolution of 3,840 2,160 pixels. But unfortunately if you are viewing 3D movies or media the resolution can only reach 1280 x 720.

I think they are creating an illusion of depth using those extra pixels.

Oh for that I use 4x3 feet mirror. Only 120/- sq feet and cheaper and bigger than 50" plasma. Brightness contrast adjusted through light switch in bedroom, Slow motion is smooth, replay is even more fun, My Remote is in, err... her hands though ... hyeah: :licklips:
