hello everybody! Don't know if this is the correct place to post...if not the mods may please move it to the appropriate place. I just purchased a 24 inch LED tv from one of the online sites. The model is a 24 inch full HD model with USB support for almost all formats of video,audio and pictures. The problem is that though audio and pics play without hitch, when i try playing movies through USB the tv displays a brief flash of white light and then goes off and restarts. The TV plays programmes through the videocon HD DTH receiver that came bundled with it as well as through HDMI cable from my computer perfectly. I feel that it is a minor software hitch which can be remedied by some one with proper know-how easily. Can anyone help me out?
The Toshiba service representative could not help me much...he says that he would get the whole USB module replaced but that would take 7-10 days
