TV Cycles through colors - No Display (Mi4a)

Today morning there was some power fluctuations and my Mi TV 4a tuns on with red indicator light. If I pass some signal to HDMI, sometimes it cycles through color in the following order (GREEN-BLUE-WHITE-BLACK). FYI..my setup box is dead after this.

I had put the vguard stabilizer, belkin surge protector etc etc.

Is TV gone? Any reset will solve this issue?


Please help me

PS: If TV is gone, I will be definitely going for Sony/Samsung. Done with Mi brand!!! This is the 2nd time I am facing this issue in 3 years.

Have it checked by the service center before ditching it. Could be a simple blown ic or something.
