Two good LCD deals - need your opinion

2. Buy Panasonic Viera TH-L32U20, 32 Inch LCD TV Price, Best LCD TV India - Infibeam.com - 23.6k, full HD.

Hi guys, somehow my previous post hasn't made it yet - hope this one does. I'm looking to buy an LCD tv, my max budget being 25k. I'm looking for good PQ quality, FHD is a plus, but not required.

Any recommendations/reviews regarding the above, and if the prices are good?

PANA has better panel in this case - fullHD
Toshiba has more flexibility and features....

Toshiba has better brightness and contrast ratios.....but panel is only WXGA....

you have to decide how much weight for features

Please check the Panasonic LCD thoroughly
I am having 32 inch LCD Model No. 32X24D which is around 6 months old

Its having issues of backlight bleeding and inspite of numerous complaints to Panasonic they say they dont find any problem with the TV

Many members have posted that its a problem with the IPS panel itself. So double check the TV you are going to buy specially with darker images and after keeping the TV on for atleast 45 mins

In this case, go for Toshiba. You wont feel any difference between 720p and 1080p anyways after distance of few feets.:lol:

IMHO Toshiba offer at 16k is perfect price for 32inch TV. Not worth spending a penny extra for ever changing technology.

You can also check for LG's LK450 on Flipkart which is around 25k. U20 is Panasonic's older model.

Thanks for the replies guys. Is Pana really that bad

I was trying for the L32U20 since its cheaper than U30 by almost 6k ! And the panel quality is same. U30D has more USB connectivity etc etc.

And the toshiba 32HV10 is also an old model. Have anyone of you seen this in person? I've only seen the deal online
