Unmounting Plasma TV from the wallmount

Hi,

I need to remove my Samsung 51" Plasma which is wall mounted for the home painting work.
What precautions are needed for handling it? Is it easy to just remove the TV from the wall mount or any technicians help is needed? Please guide if someone went through the similar situation. I am worried because of the weight and handling. I do not have original box pack to keep it packed.

if it's one of those wall mounts where you have to just place the Tv on the wall unit then, you should just pick it up and place somewhere safe.

I am not sure what kind of mount it is. Technician installed it.
Will check. But I guess it is standard wall mount
