UPS or Stabilizer for LED TV

I am also looking for a good UPS to protect my AVR and other gadgets, max load 1KVA, can i go for this model APC BR1500G-IN

Go for online UPS: Emerson Liebert GXT MT+ CX 1kVA model with inbuilt battery. Approx price 18k.
But the cooling fans are quite noisy.

A suggestion please for a philips 70 inch tv.
Shall I postpone the installation till I buy a voltage stabilizer, which stablizer please.
I have a zebronics ups,can this work as a stabilizer too,can I use it till I buy a stabilizer.
Can I use an unused a/c stabilizer for the 70 inch tv please.
Voltage fluctuation is very bad in my house.
Thanks in advance.

Zebronics has inbuilt automatic voltage adjustment and regulation features. It will be good enough. Don't use an AC stabilizer. Plus UPS plus stabilizer in same circuit might lead to complications as each has its max usage watts and may not work in sync. To be honest nobody will give you warranty for electronics even if you do not have power issues. If you have an inverter with batteries and are using it for fans and tubelight, some people make them connected to the plug point of an inverter line and that will save you from powercuts related TV problems. UPS company will disclaim saying it is meant for PC only and not advisable for other gadgets. But I have used one for my Sony 65 9300 KD for four years now. No problem whatsoever.

Thank you so much brother.
It was very useful and a sea of information.
Out of fear, ive just ordered a vgaurd grand voltino/90 to 290 v,4 amperes for rs.3400 from fk,that was before seeing your message but will take 3 days to arrive.
So,for the installation and the initial usage I shall connect to the zebronics ups.I had a 32 inches full hd connected to the same and had no problem.Since this is a 70 inch tv I became apprehensive but since you've mentioned that you are using a 65 inches tv connected to an ups, that gives peace of mind.
Thanks a lot,a complete peace of mind.
Ok,I shall not use the ups and a tv voltage stabilizer at the same time as you had adviced, ups not in much use since the computer is no longer used otherwise.
There is no inverter connection in this floor of the house.
May be since its a single phase connection, that voltage tanks whenever the a/c is on,conversion to a 3 phase will get rid of this problem??,thanks

Curious, where are you? I thought 3phase is used everywhere nowadays.

I am in tamilnadu close to Pondicherry
Yes,we have a three phase in the lower ground floor but in this first floor we still have a single phase and the voltage fluctuates very badly.Havent used a TV on a regular basis in this floor.
About the power requirement of this Philips 70 inch TV,FK says AC110~240V,50/60HZ and the power requirement is 152.1w.
I have ordered a vgaurd voltage stabilizer from fk, Will arrive in three days.

About the TV,read reviews about the 50 and 58 inches models of the Philips 4k TV and assumed that 70 inches TV too will have Dolby vision and atmos but sadly looks like they are not a feature in the 70 inch version.

I already have a zebronics ups which remains unused but I have read that an UPS does not stabilize the voltage.
Personally I do not have much knowledge on this.

Zebronics claims to regulate electricity. Does the Phillips television set come with a power plug adaptor or just a normal power plug?

By the way, you bought the TV set in Pondicherry or Tamil Nadu? If Pondy, was it cheaper there as it is a Union territory? Vizhupuram maavattam a?

The plug is the normal one which you will get in any other tv.
The tv unfortunately came with a broken screen and I have requested for a replacement.
There was also a Tamil option in the screen, imported from China.
