I have my components resting on granite wall shelf and some are directly resting on granite floor. I have a ground floor room for audio and even jumping on the floor causes no vibrations. It would require an earth quake to cause vibrations.

Will using vibrapods or vibrapod cones (or something similar) be useful for me in such a setup ?

Using Vibrapods should change the character of your sound compared to directly placing on granite.

Granite, marble, and glass will give you a livelier sound. Vibrapod should take away some of that liveliness.

If you're trying to tame some treble hotness, it may help. As an alterntative you can also try two x 1 inch thermocole layers between the equipment and granite.

Are you resting your equipment on the granite plate with the equipment's OEM rubber feet?

Is there any aspect of the sound you're hoping to tune or tame or enhance?

I am happy with my system. There are no problems that i want to address. I was recently reading about vibrapods and got interested. I have never even seen them in reality.

I was wondering about their effects especially in a system placement like mine.
