Vu 43" LED TV screen horizontal line

Hi, I have 4K LED TV VU 43" brand. Suddenly it has started showing horizontal lines. This is occurring occasionally and switch off-on will help this to go away, but again occurring after sometime. Anyone have faced this issue and any solution for this.

If you find a chip level service technician, he would just tape the part of ribbon cable which is busted to fix the lines. But you need experienced hands. Don't give it to any tom dick or Harry Potter with a wand. You may need to find the right guy who knows what he is doing. Or chances are they'd say some parts have gone and would rip you with a huge repair cost.
