Hi I was confused whether they are shipping to India with or without additional custom charges.. later got to know that they don't charge additional custom charges.. no other reason.

Not every seller. Some sellers like LR have India warehouse and few other sellers promising to avoid custom duty hassles. But most tell me to wait till normalcy returns.
