i have thorens 190-2 with stock ortofon mm catridge . i want to replace with good ( high-end ) mc catridge. suggestions for suitable one.

Check your tonearm specs first. Most MCs are low compliance and need a matching tonearm (high mass) to work optimally.

Next, check your phono preamp specs too. The gain of the phono preamp will decide the lowest output cartridge you can use.

Please check the tonearm mass. The importance of a proper tonearm mass and cartridge compliance match cannot be emphasised enough. If the tonearm is heavy (Above 12 ) only then go for the Denon 103. If its medium mass (8-10) go for the Denon Dl 110. If its on the lower mass side (<8), go for the Denon 103. All are at different price points, the least expensive is the dl110. Each has a different compliance to match the tonearm.
I would say go for the DL 110 for starters. It has the advantage of a high output and is a lovely cartridge.
