So I have been listening to records for a couple of years now. Using my mom and dads 35+ year old stereo system. And I have been wanting go get a nicer system that will sound really good and last for a while. So i was just wondering what i should get. here is what i have

Technics stereo integrated amplifier su-v75
Technics sl-bd25 turntable
Technics st-s74 am/fm tuner
Technics rs-t24 cassette deck (dont use at all)
Technics sl-p115 cd player (works when it wants to) and
Technics floor speakers (dont know the model, and they are starting to go out)

so i was looking at spending around $1000 right now for a amplifier, turntable and speakers. I will upgrade the tuner and cd player further down the line.

I was looking at the Cambridge Audio 350A Integrated Amplifier. And either the Music Hall mmf 2.2, the Rega RP1 (didnt like how u had to lift the platter and move the belt for 45), or the Pro-Ject Debut III (havent really researched it) for the turntable. And didnt really know on the speakers, anywhere form 150 to 200 dollars i guess.

So if anyone could give some advice as to what to do or recommend some different i would really appreciate it. Thanks.
