Where to buy Wall mounts for 40 inch tv

The wall mount which I got with TV is very close to wall, I am not able to connect HDMI cables or ethernet cables to my 40" Tv, So currently I have place in stand, but If I get AVR, I will not have place to keep , so have to shift the Tv to wall.

So kindly suggest good wall mounts which I can get in bangalore?

One more, I want to buy 3D glasses for my sony 40ex720, as far as I know, I saw the deal in flipkart as 3k, anything less than that?
