hi i am looking to buy a new tv after doing lot of research and reading views and comments of other members have shortlisted 3 models and now i cant make up my mind which tv to go for so i would luv fellow members to help me out sony 40-hx850,lg 42lm7600 or panasonic th-l42dt50d im little inclined towards lg as it comes with passive 3d

I bought the Sony HX 850 a month back, its mindblowing. Superb DLNA WiFi integration, PQ & 3D is excellent, the new Sony 3D active glasses are very light with USB charging.. plays off my hard disks with ease..

If you are keen on 3D, Sony is the best. Only complaint used to be heavier glasses than LG, but this is no longer the case.

Wait for Sony Bravia W900A, successor to HX850. :) Should be launching by February end. It's got Triluminous LED backlighting and Quantum Dot display technology.

i have 2009 model 32 inch bravia lcd only drawback is it cant read any movie formats on pendrive so whenever i had to watch movies only way was to connect it with my laptop so does hx850 read all movie formats i.e avi,mp4 ,mkv i also have 32 inch lg ls3400 series(2 months old) it handles my hard disk pretty well but suffers in pq compared to bravia

i was curious to know the number of hours on which tv panel has run i had followed following steps

In my opinion, one should look for only picture quality (in your budget) while buying a flat panel TV. All other features like playback compatibility, smart tv, sound quality are secondary. You should not buy a TV simply because it can play all formats via USB playback. You can anytime buy a media player from as low as Rs.1500/- and it will play almost all type of media files.

A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
