Which Blu Ray

I have a SR7005 Marantz reciever and a Samsung 9 series 55" LED TV.
I need a 3d region free blu ray to go with it, what are the options available in ~25k price range?

Marantz and Samsung would be preferred because I believe control via HDMI would be an option in that case, non the less i am open to all options.

Check out samsung C6900, its 3D, has in built HD audio decoders and has 5.1 ch (not sure abt 7.1) analogue audio out. Shud b available for arnd 20K. Not region free though, locked to C.
