Hi,
I am looking for a wireless head phone for using it with TV. I need it for two reasons:
1. To get better audio as I don't have HTS
2. To cleary hear the dialogs of english movies

Any information in this regard will be appreciated.

yup those are available but work work beyond 10 feet and lot od distortion...

so Audio Quality has to be compromised.. however between 350 and 500 wont me much diff..

you get philips and rest good brands starting around 2-2.5k

Just got a Philips (forget the model) for about 2.5k. After opening, I wasn't actually happy with it. Build quality - bad, flimsy; audio quality - quite poor even for TV reception; hardly any range and breaks up if someone walks by. Overall, pathetic for the money I spent.

In retrospect I would have gone for a Sennheiser, which was available for about 3.5k.

yup sennheiser does a good job....

else buy a long rca to rca cable say 10metres and take from tv.. out and no distortion as all...

so 10 metres rca cable + good headphone + fiio headphone amp.. m sure it will be a good combo...

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the resposnse. After spending a fortune on the tv (Samsung 50C6500) I am willing to spend another few thousands on the headhone. But you also can not attach a noisy device to your ear.

I like Blasto's sensible advice and will go with it. I can use the sony mp3 player headphone with the extension cord.

Thanks for all the responses.
