hi friends,
after reading sound absorption articles , due to budget and safety reasons i decided to buy wood wool board for my stereo listening cum bed room.
before buying these boards , i would like clear some doubts..
some people recommended glass wool for better absorption, but i handled a sample and simply hate glass wool for skin irritation and itching.. long itching..
so i would decide to buy wood wool board covered with thick cloth material and hand it in reflection points and wall...
my plan is ,wood wool board with 25mm thickness and thin loop pile cloth covering.. no other products added..
does this material is enough for mid and high frequency absoptions?
or should i need to add some materials for extra absorptions? definetly not interesting in glass wool.. but some people recommend synth wool for alternative.. any ideas?
does 25mm thickness is enough for high and mid range frequencies?
for bass traps , i will go with seperate traps for corner placements..
suggestions welcome
