Worst Panasonic Customer Service!!!

Hi,

I have purchased panasonic LED tv (42'') a year back and recently encounterd problem where it never turn ON. I have raised a complaint on 1st December 2014. But till now, no one has visited.

Have tried to do multiple calls, calls with area manager (My loc is Bangalore), and follow-up call, but finally all are went to vain!:mad:

I have bit biased to Pana during my TV purchase due to good +ve feedback from this forum. How you guys are taking care of this customer care issue?

Any thoughts/feedback to overcome this issue?

My sincere recomendation to all the people who are trying to buy new TV, DONT TURN BACK TO PANASONIC....

India is a beautiful country where once you buy a product from any brand, and if there is ever a problem you will be shafted. These companies cant do that in developed nations because of expensive lawsuits, and other such trouble so the customer is always king there but in India the customer is king only while buying the product.

Since the problem is not more than 2 weeks old, i suggest you have patience but if you are in warranty then better have things over email for future references in case you have to raise your concern over Consumer Court in future
 
I had faced the same problem with my pana plasma xt42 model one year back. It was under warranty and they replaced the power board twice. First time they replaced it with a faulty power board and when i complained again, they took the tv to their service station and returned it very next day. It took almost two weeks to resolve the issue though. I mean from the day i called their toll free number to get the TV corrected. The service guy called me after almost one week after making multiple calls to their call center. So please be patient and call them again. :)
 
Thanks for the replies.. Got some hope now :) Just have crossed 2 weeks but no one is turned up so far...:( Hope will get fix soon...

I am feeling samsung has good service when compared to Panasonic, In my dad house, LED TV issue got fixed in a week time.
 
I had the same problem of power board in my pana xt50d. I raised the complaint and service guy called me with in an hour, asked me few question about the problem and he was at my home by evening to take the power board for replacement.
Unfortunately the problem is back after almost an year after replacement and this time too they were as prompt as the first time but since i was not at home so the service request was cancelled. Since the problem is pertaining to power board it only occurs when the the main switch is switched off and tv starts again after a day or so. Though my tv is still under warranty i am thinking of writing an email to pana about the quality of part being replaced.

cannot say about every brand . I had fantastic expereince with LG service for my older TV and 10 year old Microwave ... although currently I bought Videocon due to budget constraints I may buy a big bad LG in future.
 
Issue is still open with pana service. It is going to reach one month old time :( Worst service i have never seen.... :( (Worser than govt officials)...Any thoughts/way to esclate this issue to pana higher mgmt (if they are really interested in customer...)??
