I have purchased panasonic LED tv (42'') a year back and recently encounterd problem where it never turn ON. I have raised a complaint on 1st December 2014. But till now, no one has visited.
Have tried to do multiple calls, calls with area manager (My loc is Bangalore), and follow-up call, but finally all are went to vain!
I have bit biased to Pana during my TV purchase due to good +ve feedback from this forum. How you guys are taking care of this customer care issue?
Any thoughts/feedback to overcome this issue?
My sincere recomendation to all the people who are trying to buy new TV, DONT TURN BACK TO PANASONIC....
