Xiaomi to launch Mi TV Q1 75" on 23rd March - QLED, 192 Zones, 120Hz

After a little bit of search, I have decided to stick with the soundbar for 2 reasons 1. They are easy to install as for dedicated HT, I will have to hardwire everything, and the wires will definitely look bad in my Room. 2. They are cheap and almost good enough for the movie-watching experience. After seeing reviews of JukeBar 9800DWS, I think It's a great option right now. However, I am still open to better options, if any available.
even at 2 lac we don't get wireless speakers for AVR , soundbar is better option ,but soundbar cant reach home theatre experience.cec doesn't work very well on zebronics models ,go for lg sl8yg ,its available in offline market too ,u get at lower price than online

Can you suggest a good soundbar or sound system with a center channel?

One other highly rated sub 25k HTIB is Sony IV300. If you get it as stocks get exhausted very soon and one or two is available somewhere or the other just to be gone before we can realise. It has Nfc and bluetooth, is DTS HD, Dolby True HD, 4k passthrough and 1000 watts. Can be a bit wiry but that's a standard demon one has to overcome in home theaters. It's a lightweight HTIB and can give you 25% of actual home theater experience.
The other alternatives are if you buy a Polk 5.1 for 40k or Elac Cinema 5.1 for 42k and buy an entry level AVR seperately for 30k Denon 250BT for instance - those 70-75k investment is better than Sony's or LG's or Samsung's higher end soundbar having upward firing speakers.

The 9800DWS is a 2 channel soundbar, so you just get L and R channels. Any sound system without a centre channel is going to sound pretty bad in movies with a lot of dialogue clarity just gone. No point spending 20k+ on something which lacks even a centre channel. And you aren't going to get Atmos with 2 up-firing speakers. For good directionality from height channels, you'll need 4 speakers for Atmos (ideally ceiling mounted)

I got the 5.1 channel Z906 for 17k last year during the Diwali sale, which will blow away any 2 channel soundbar. And even that I'd not consider to be of great sound quality as the LCR channels aren't big enough.

If you want to go for a soundbar, you need to at least look for Samsung Q800T which usually goes around 30-35k, with it coming to around 28k last Diwali. Also lots of LG soundbars selling for dirt cheap(compared to MRP) in the offline market and around Diwali.
we don't get real Atmos sound from any soundbar , soundbar with rear speakers is good option at least we get surrounding sound

+1, completely agree.
On any given day, a discrete 5.1 Surround system will outperform a Soundbar offering Virtual Surround sound.

Not to mention the fact that upward-firing speakers will work somewhat decently if and only if you have a very low, very flat and reflective roof. A rough(or coarse) paint, PoP or >10 feet height will kill most of the little Atmos effect from these soundbars pretty hard. They won't work in most Indian homes.

The first focus should be towards getting a 3.1 or 5.1 system. Atmos should be the last priority and should only be seen as an added bonus rather than driving your purchase decision.

These manufacturers are fooling customers by selling 2.1 channel soundbars for 15k+ by marketing gimmicks.

Can you suggest a system that now will cost me less than 30K and I'll add other speakers like top and other 7.1 spekers after some years.

Also what about the Zebronics JukeBar 9400 Pro it's available for only 13000 here and also have rear speakers.

I have listened to boat 2050 ( bluetooth v5) soundbar. It sounded so amazing. It doesn't support any lossless audio format but sound and bass was similar to any 30k soundbar. Have you tried it? I am thinking of getting this and 1000mx3 this prime sale.

No HT setup has an eARC port in, and I will have to compromise with ARC, but even Yamaha one doesn't have Dolby Vision passthrough. Can someone explain to me how I will enjoy Dolby Vision? Then, can I connect the source to the TV and then pass the audio from eARC to the HT setup?

Yes. It is an audio return channel. Will passout audio signal from the TV. You don't need to play it in your AVR. Play it in TV.

For that you may try Sony HT S20R 5.1 for 14k. Vfm plus is from a good brand, a quality will be there always.
The S20R has pretty bad sound quality though. Better to spend extra and get HT RT3.

Better than the Atmos variants for sure, but don't expect it to have clean audio.

Nope. AVRs are super expensive right now. Even the basic Denon 1600H is costing upwards of 50k which you could get for sub 40k last year.

Not, not heard from it. WH-1000XM3 is pretty great though. Using it for 3 years now and still works like a charm.

Generally I've heard pretty bad reviews about boat though for sound quality. And the output of 160W (80W for sub) looks pretty wimpy. I've heard the Samsung Q800T (35k) and no way the boat can even get remotely close to that.
