XLR male to RCA female adapter/cable

Please advice some options. Checked on amazon, adapters have mixed reviews. I can get hosa adapters from amazon japan, seems like a good option.

Three totally passive solutions. I;m using 2 and 3 in my system.

1) This is a simple connection from the hot and ground pin of the xlr connector to the 2 pins of the RCA connector.

2) The below one has been reviewed on ASR. I'm using this to switch between three dacs (two of them with balanced output and one with unbalanced output)

3) This has 3.5 mm out and one can use 3.5mm to RCA cable. I'm using this for volume control for a dac that doesn't have hardware volume control. This one was catching hum and I modified it to connect the ground to the DAC ground to completely eliminate the hum. Probably not for you as it involves DIY.
