Yamaha 196..is it worth buying?

Hi,
I need to upgrade my 5.1. My current budget is 40K and I want to buy an AV receiver and 2 floor standing front speakers, 2 Surrounding speakers and one center speaker.
Do you suggest me any good combination for this.

In that budget you can try taga harmony tav 506 5.0 package at 22k plus Yamaha HTR3067 at 25k. Within 40k it is not possible to get all the components you asked for.

Else you can start with AVR with a pair of good bookshelves like boston acoustics A26 and later upgrade as budget increases
