Which are the places to buy these from Mumbai ? Assuming that would be much cheaper than Pune. .

I've been trying to find out the price of 473 in Mumbai since the last 2 days. The best price quoted on phone is 31.5K for the 473. On ebay, it's available at 32.2K (ebay coupons can be applied). I'm not researching Denon.

In Mumbai, currently 473 appears to be out of stock and only a few dealers claim to have it available for ready delivery. Please call up dealers like Vijay Sales, Sahakar Electronics, Fairdeal for availability.

Did you try Beats99 in Mulund? If you visit in person with cash in hand, you can negotiate better.

Call up the same guy from ebay and bargain with him. He would definitely offer you at 31K or below. But the transaction would not be through ebay as you would be asked to deposit the payment directly to his a/c and then he would ship the product later. He is based in Delhi.

In my case, he offered me 31K but as i am from Chandigarh so thought that it would be wise to take it from local dealer as locally I got it in 31.5K

I have got the Energy Take Classic 5.1 speakers and now i am planning to buy an AVR. Thinking of going for Yamaha RX-473. Would Denon 1713 be better than the Yamaha?

I ordered it through Avenue Sound. Got it from US for 34k with the step down transformer. Avenue Sound are great guys to deal with. Mohsin is the name of the guy. You can google and get the number. Talk to them if you are interested in getting the ETC 5.1 system.

Wharfedale Dx-1 / Wharfedale 10.2 /Tannoy HTS 101

Can they be compared or there are different animals altogether?

I intend to match them up with a Denon 1913. Will audessey play a role or Can I also look at Pioneer/Yamaha? (concerned abt after sales in Mumbai)
