Yamaha subwoofer service engineers

Hi Folks,

I am new to this thread. My Yamaha subwoofer NS SW -20 has gone bad and not getting proper support from authorized service centers. Can somebody help me how to escalate to Yamaha and also if you refer any service engineer, I am more than happy.

Would suggest you post this in the Yamaha Owners Thread which has all Yamaha AV product uses, surely they will guide you to the service person or place close to your city / location.

Reach out to Thomsun Music House in Indiranagar. They should be able to help. I have seen them being referred to by other HFV members also
