Zero noise step-down transformer to use a Japanese voltage HiFi unit in the UAE

I am looking for a zero noise step-down transformer to use a Japanese voltage HiFi unit in the UAE. The voltage in both the UAE and India is 220-230V. The details of the Japanese appliance are as follows:

- HiFi system (Reel to Reel)
- 100V, 50/60Hz
- 160 Watts

Power supply voltage	100 VAC, 50Hz/60Hz
Power consumption	160W

Please recommend the best brand and model that is suitable for the above system. Thank you

Thank you. I found another model which is made in Japan which is locally available here in UAE. Can you please check this website and provide your feedback. This brand is commonly used in hospital appliances.

Never heard of above brands but In case of Nissyo transformer You can use it both ways like step down 220v to 100v and step up 100v to 220v
Also you can change Internal transformer to 220v one replacement DIY by using Nuvotem Talema transformer with service technician & avoid hassle of step down transformer
At the end of the day choice is yours
