ok, in most cases there should be number or alphabet for region or ALL REGIONS but it should be there.

If you found nothing about region details and it is manufactured in Italy then possibility it is REGION B locked. Please try upload hi-res image.

I believe it is region locked blu-ray. Mostly for "All regions" blu-ray cover, company use English (as global language) for cover. But it has Italian so it should made for their country only.
