I have a very good collection of music in CDs and on my hard drive..Music in all variety like Hindi Oldies,New Songs,Ghazals,Bhajans,Classical,Instrumentals and International music etc..Unfortunately I have to leave all the Jewel cases and covers while shifting my house.Hence Most of my CD collection is in Spindles or in Albums.Recently I have started ripping my collection to Flac and in 320kbps Mp3 and hence I am looking for the covers to be displayed on my SqueezeBox touch while playing..So I thought many members of this forum also might be looking for covers for their collection..We can find some images in Google but some are hard to find..Hence I started this thread where we can request and share CD covers/ Inlay covers/ LP cover images and complete their collection..

I have copied album art from web stores like amazon, rhythmhouse, etc. Laborious but effective.
Windows media player also finds album art automatically.
If you can give me a list, I can possibly send you some.

Just search Google Images with 'Album Name' followed by terms like 'OST, CD Front, CD Back, Soundtrack...etc.' and then look for the high resolution image of the album by choosing the appropriate size of the pic. This way, you'll find 99.99% cover art of the any albums produced in the world.
Trust, I have followed the same and I have cover art for my music collection in FLAC and WAV. Even contributed lots of cover art to Last.fm; so that it can be available to many others as well.

iTunes will automatically find all your cover art.

Needs membership ..... Rs 1200 per year.

Tag & Rename will do it for a lot less.

All media players like MediaMonkey, MusicBee, Foobar, etc. will auto tag including album art. Not perfect and the odd error might creep in if you do it on autopilot... manual is always better but time consuming.

Just install JRiver and all the artwork for that particular song while it is being played is pulled from the net. It is truly amazing :)

I have ripped many hundreds of CDs using EAC, but skip the part where it asks whether we want to find album cover. Google is much better at that job and throws up lots of choices in milliseconds.

It is very rare to not find an album cover for non-Indian music.

Which ones work well with Indian music? Indian classical, Bollywood, Gazals.

Bro, damn hard to find for Indian stuff! I have been struggling with it . I am manually doing it ( cut copy paste ) from Flipkart & Rhythm house. After a lot of trial and errors on various softwares I found MP3tag to be the best for Indian coverart and naming the songs. The success rate is 40% ...do share your sources...cheers

Thanks. I have been doing the same. My first choice has been amazon.com for Indian music too as the album art there is of higher quality and they have a huge listing.
Will check out mp3tag.

Dear Nature lover,
the good part about mp3tag is that you could direct it to fetch from amazon.com or freedb...hope in future there is a feature available whereby it could be directed to Rhythm house, amazon.in , flipkart etc.
