I think for 15k you can only get a used Marantz CDP and the hifimart prices have got increased because of the fluctuating rupee. Even I am looking for a Marantz CDP in a good condition for <15k budget.

Do you own a PC ?

I would suggest save your self some more money and/or look for new/used DAC in 15K range.
