I have been cheated by Electronicscomp.com. For an audio project I had ordered 2 SMPSs on 2nd January online at their website and done payment. Electronicscomp did not have the items in stock and asked me to wait. After long time and sending several reminders they still did not deliver. So, I asked for a refund.

They are refusing refund and forcing me to purchase some other items from them. This is cheating. Has anybody else faced similar problems with them.

Facing similar issue. Ordered on 30 March 2024. Today it is 30 May 2024. Two months and no response from them via email or phone(always busy). Unfortuantely, I bought using debit card and cannot get money back.

May be you can use the consumer forum helpline whatsapp no above.
 
Something that costs Rs 50 didn't come.. And I'm going to write it off as a lesson. Too bad the other stuff that came is not useful to me anymore.
 
Has anybody managed to get their money back from these crooks by using the govt consumer helpline?

It's been over a month and they no longer reply to emails to make false promises of sending the product. The helpline never works

Wish I checked this thread before ordering raspberry pi 5 from electronicscomp.
Its been like a month now and they neither ship the product not they refunded. Emailed them and received only one reply stating that the item is not in stock. I tried the number above and it stopped responding. I manually logged a compliant on consumer helpline website. Lets see what they can do. The credit card cargeback is impossible as the time frame for that is elapsed already.

These companies need to be shut.

These are fly by night operators. They shut and open a new one when things get too hot to continue.
 
Neither the product was shipped not the refund was made. Full of excuses that it will be in stock in 2 days or so.
Strangely, the consumerhelpline.gov.in too didn't take any action even after 2 weeks. :(
 
The consumer care grievance system in India is ridiculous.
They disposed off the case as there was no reply from the company. this is what they said, "The Grievance was forwarded to the company by NCH but no response has been received. If you have already complained to the company in writing and have not received any response from the company and want to pursue the case further you may file a case at the designated Consumer Commission online."|
