Sony UK LED TV 2014 model KDL50WB has 5 star rating from all the reviewers from Whathifi,techradar.com, and many other magazines.
Does any body has any idea if this model has been introduced in any asian country.
I saw it in Snehanjali, named as W80B.
It doesn't have Triliminous but Xreality or something and is active 3d unlike the older W80.
I think the panel type has been changed too. The picture looked similar to the W950..
Looks very promising, for those who think 55 is too big and 46 is a little small..

Today i received a reply from SONY INdia,that KDL50W829 model introduction is country specific and as per demand supply situation.but now i will ask them the difference between 829 and 800.i will post the reply.
I ask because I am looking to get a KDL42W800B, but the more research I do it appears the the 42 inch is an IPS panel while the larger sizes are a VA panel. Does anybody own the 42 inch model? Why would some sizes have different panels?
From what I can find a VA panel is more preferred, should I be looking at a larger size?
