If you paid through PayPal there could be some sort of customer protection. Not sure if every transaction falls under its purview. Nothing wrong in checking.

The thread seems to be dead for a while. Anyways my friend in US who had ordered the projector didn't update till now so I am assuming that it didn't reach him yet. the next big question is who is gonna get it. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping someone could bring it for me

My projector has reached my friend and he is yet to unbox and test it for the weird 'Fan Failure' problem as mentioned in the other thread... I am just praying that its all okizay and I get my projector asap from Atlanta.. Cannot wait any longer !!! :yahoo:

looks good.. my question is when you connect to PC do you feed 1080p or 720p?

as the PJ is 720p capable or it takes 1080p and downscale it to 720p ?

I have read that it handles 720p better....... But I have played both and found 1080p a lot better.... And it looks a whole lot better in screen... My poor cam of s advance failed to capture the cinema feel

you mean to say it it able to take and process 1080p.. that sound cool.

output is 720p for sure however 1080p feed will have more data in it and will be comparatively better visually if the processor can handle it ?

mind telling the file size ?

as mine varies from 10GB+ most of them to 35 ( 3D and 2D ).

i will be using xtreamer/ HTPC to feed it.

Well I think the laptop downscales it to 720p...The file size is only about 6 gb... Obviously it's a 720p pj.... But you can't tell the difference man...... Its equally good....

connect your laptop and see what the max resolution you can set it to. that will clarify it..

l prefer to keep output as 720p only.Tried 1080p,but image looses
sharpness a bit.With 720p resolution; 1080p movies looks good.

that solves the puzzle. i will set output on xtreamer for 720p

also for my htpc will feed 720p.
