Hi everyone,
Yesterday i got my LG 32LD650. during testing i observed backlight bleeding on the edges. I immediately informed the LG helpdesk. The service guy would be comming tommorow.I just want to confirm from you guys if this backlight bleeding is normal or something serious in HDTV.

hi friends i own samsung 32c630 , i want to know what is back-light bleeding.. can anyone here help me out.

You would see it as a halo around contrasting colours....the easiset way to check extent of bleed is to observe white letters in a dark background....the white halo around around the edges of each letter is due to backlight leakage...it increases with increase in contrast/brightness settings.

I have observed some degree of leakage in all backlit LEDs available in the market

Hello everyone,
First of all thanks for all yur replys.
The LG serviceman came today and after inspection said that there may be some problem with the panel fitting and will be submitting his observation to the service desk.
So waiting for the service desk to call back. Anyways i will be pressing for a replacement of the existing system with a new one.

thanks, the problem which shown in the video is not visible with naked eyes with standard picture but when i shoot a picture or make video like this it shows some visible results like you mentioning "bleeding". and with dynamic settings it is quite visible .. what do u make of this,do i have something wrong with my panel..???:sad:

thanks a lot.. dear.
