Bad experience with Samsung

Bought this TV (Samsung Crystal 4k - AUE60) on 24-10-2021 from Samsung shop (online store) and the panel was glitching and went blank after almost 2 years of usage and the panel was still under warranty when we called the service technician to inspect the device. The technician told it was a panel defect and he placed order for a new one and replaced it for free of cost because it was still under warranty. The issue came back again after replacing but now the warranty is over, they charged 400 ish INR for the inspection now and told it was wall-port defect so we fixed the port but still the same issue. The thing here is, we gave the tv to local technician who is specialized in this field and he told that the entire TV is damaged and he even told that this particular model is *infamous for defects* and needs to be scrapped. The thing that bothers me is why did Samsung not acknowledge this issue and is not even trying to fix my TV. Attaching the twitter thread, it would be great if you guys can re-tweet. Thanks
