I got scammed by Bajaj Electronics.
I Bought a Samsung S90C 65-inch TV from them and they sent a display unit that has been used for 688 hours by packing it as new.

Yes, even after seeing that screen with bubbles they argued that it was new, someone might have opened it by mistake
After that, I asked them why it was in Retail mode and showed them the usage hours on the app.

They agreed to refund as they don't have new units to replace it.

I have raised a grievance in the consumer forum because it's a fraud.
