Hi, So I've purchased a Bowers and Wilkins headphones from the Middle East and the wire has gotten damaged so its lost sound in one ear, I was wondering if someone could direct me to where I could get B&W serviced in Bangalore ?

Maybe you can visit one of the local desi electronics and speaker repairs shops. And they would resolder a new cable for you in no time . I would ideally advise to carry your own high end cable ..And let them use the same B&W connectors with your cable of choice. All the best

Bowers and Wilkins P3 Headphones and my Bowers and Wilkins C5 in ear earphones need repair. Both have wire issues

With p3, don't bother to get the original cable. It will be expensive and since p3 was an entry level product, the cable comes with it was nothing special. U can order it from Ali Express which will be cheapest option. Consider this as an opportunity get a a better cable than the stock. May be there will be silver coated copper which may get u a slightly better highs and faster snappy sound on ali.
With c5 if out of warranty unless someone is willing to do a DIY work, u are out of luck. Most earphones without detachable cables are irreparable according to manufacturers book. They wont accept it for repairs as it's NOT possible to open the shells of earphones as they are glued or a single mould. During warranty they mostly give u another pair which is easy for them.
I don't think there is an official B W service center in south India.

yes its out of warranty. Ive got some good news on the P3 though I just opened up the box they've package an extra cable along with it so I'm gonna use that for the time being
