Best amp to go with RTI A7 & RTI A3

please help with the best amp that can suit my HT Setup

Presently i have

DENON 1612
RTI A7
RTI A3
CSI A4
PSW 110
PS3

I am thinking of upgrading the amp which will be the best in 40K range

Please suggest on cables also

Minimum Denon 2113CI or above is better.

I agree, for RTI A7 4311 would not be a great option. How is the bass reproduction on RTIA7 when driving with Denon 1612 without sub? You sub is on the lower side compared to the fronts.
