Best connectivity from tv to home theatre - HDMI or ARC or digital coaxial

Hi ,
I am planning to take HDMI or ARC or coaxial wire for my new yamaha yht-196 from my lg smart tv. Which is best option for good sound
Plz respond fast i wanna buy it now for installation

ARC is the best as it supports HD audio which optical / coaxial can not hence HDMI is the best option.

Just curious, why do you want to rely on ARC, if you have other devices should you not directly connect to AVR HDMI input? Of course unless you want to keep AVR off at some time.
