Building my first HTPC - a few questions

Spiro, since Eummagic is not interested in gaming, the 54xx or the 55xx is enough. The advantages the 56xx series is marginal and is in the areas such as shading etc., that are mean for gaming.

yes,but I think he needs dedicated Hardware acceleration & so the suggestion.

I think both the 54 and 55 series do provide hardware acceleration. You have to have Directx 11 installed as well as the latest version of ATI's Control Centre.

One consideration you should keep in mind for a HTPC is fan noise, so try for a passively cooled card e.g 5670...

Yes that good suggestion.But I saw i7 PC with iball cabinate which was very silent.

I will still suggest,take a look at 56** seried too.
