Can anyone identify this Yamaha Receiver?

I just picked up a Yamaha Receiver yesterday . It has no model number in front . It just mention 'Natural sound system' and at the back the model is shown as IS-44 . It has the old type single pin speaker post. It also mentioned NS series at the back . It has a digital timer on the front left corner with a manual AM/FM dial. The inputs are phono, Aux and Tape. It is in cream color. It's phono appears to be far superior to most integrated amps. It has a shutter in front and inside are the controls for balance and bass/treble . I tried to seek info on this model on the net to no success. Please let me know if any one has any info on this Receiver Amp. thanks in advance. kurvilajacob

That's the model I managed to get hold of. It's phono is quite outstanding. i have not tried it's Tuner section yet. i am sure it will be good. Thanks a lot. If you can anymore info, please let me know. Thanks again . regards. kuruvilajacob
