Denton x2000 Firmware update through USB

Is it possible to update a denon x2000 avr from a usb drive. I have a problem with the network card.

Hi

Firstly would recommend to go on the Denon website and check what firmware is available.

Secondly check what firmware is currently installed on the avr...

Remember, there can be chances of hardware failing after such updates. It is recommended that you read all the pros and cons and then only proceed with the update.

Why not reset the AVR and check if the Network card works?

In below website there are no updates showing for any Denon AVRs except, AVR-X7200WA, AVR-X7200W, AVR-X6200W, AVR-X4200W

So may be there is not chance to update through USB. Online update (through wifi) worked for very well.

please update at your own risk. My Denon update failed and now I have to pay 75% of the amount to replace the board. Good luck.

Hi Guys

Thanks for the suggestions, My network is not working, when i called up the service centre they are charging 2500 for just checking and they said a firmware update might solve the issue. There is an update in their US site for this model, don't know if that will work,

Looks like i will pay and get it checked out.

Did you try a reset to defaults?

Do that ...if it fail then head to the service center

Tried both network and factory reset. Still the same thanks
