Does tatasky standard definition signal(sd channel) make huge difference in viewing experience(fluidity in motion of the frames in the videos) between 120hz sony32ex720 and 50hz sony32ex520. Because of difference in refresh rates between the 2 tv's?

remember although tv-s have higher refresh rates, the source is still the same at 50 / 60 Hz. 120Hz rates come with an additional backend intelligent frame creation process which fills pseudo frames in middle thereby trying to give you the feeling of lesser motion issues. Hence I think you would be better off going with the 100 / 120 Hz with that Motionflow tech (although two are separate things) since the increased rate of refresh makes provision for the Motionflow to insert pseudo / extrapolated frames. You might have some problem during watching movies where you may get "soap opera" effect and if you do not like it you will need to turn off motionflow and view in normal 100 / 120hz refresh rates with no motion improvement.

Dear Friend

Its too technical and  so can you brief it. Both 50 Hz and 100 Hz tv are same Some ex like Samsung D5000(100Hz) and Samsung D550(50Hz).

in simpler terms you will not feel any flickering effect with 100HZ than 50HZ also your eyes will not strain much with 100HZ

but if the TV screen size is small then both looks same

if the screen is bigger >32 inches, get more hertz its always better

watch the 2 TVs on same channel in some croma or reliance digital utlet and feel the difference urself
