There was a regional audio show happening near the place where I live now, last week and I was able to have a good look on some new Hi-Fi gear. Although audio shows aren’t the place where you can judge the sound quality of a gear to its best, it gives a glimpse of its potential and sound philosophy the manufacturer aims to deliver. My personal favourites were the dynaudio contour heritage which filled a very huge space where those speakers looked really small and the Epos es28n with Canor amp which had hell lot of feet tapping worthy energy. The focal utopia diva, sounded definitely focal +Naim!

My biggest surprise was lying low in one corner - the new Technics streaming speaker cx700, to my ears they are just perfect, I definitely prefer them to the kef ls50 wireless and co.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
